Up to Date... Finally!

Anyone champing at the bit to see photos from 2010, Chesapeake to Maine, will have no excuse not to look up the link (Previous Passages with WJ3 2008 - 2010).  They're done at last.  Enjoy the browse......

This is classic Maine sailing - wooden boats, lobster pots & rocky landscapes.

We have our sea survival course coming up this weekend.  This will not make for pretty photos, especially GS gracefully leaping into a life-raft (not).  A few sharks in the pool might help as a motivator.  There will be a full report to follow, unless it's way too embarrassing.

Resolution #1

Finding friends happy to see us in Maine

Welcome to another year of cruising with Windjammer and her crusty crew.  This will be her new home starting with an exciting 2011 season.  What's in store?  Hopefully an uneventful Atlantic crossing to the Med come May!

You may well be wondering why we have been seen on more blog sites than a Bollywood film star. Well, that's because we don't make hasty decisions (yes, it's true!).  Vox sadly left us with a month to re-host our gems from seasons 2008 to 2010.  (Find them here if you're keen.)  A difficult task indeed when rolling about the high seas or up some mozzie-ridden creek.   So here we are at last.  Keeping it simple.....

A new year, a fresh start, some new best buddies (see above) and big plans.
